La actividad que se produce dentro del ámbito artístico contemporáneo requiere de una serie de conocimientos y competencias que provienen de distintos campos académicos, como son la propia práctica artística y cultural, la historia, la filosofía, la sociología o la política, además de la gestión y/o autogestión del trabajo.

Guggenheim Fellowships for Latin America

Fellowships are awarded through two annual competitions: one open to citizens and permanent residents of the United States and Canada, and the other open to citizens and permanent residents of Latin America and the Caribbean. Candidates must apply to the Guggenheim Foundation in order to be considered in either of these competitions.
